I saw the all setting in the right corner.but I don't see the all privacy tab?

I am using only incredimail plus with my windows 10 update from windows 8.1.all the accounts are from my internet provider.(videotron.ca) I am not using yahoo,hotmail,outlook,gmail and ECT...

I am using incredimail plus and to my surprise :huh: I have no issue with it with windows 10 :shock::D
