Tried slmgr /upk and re-activation but no luck - it did however get rid of the message regarding my serial no ending in V66T or something like that.

Yes, I upgraded to Win 10 Pro from a USB Flash Drive plugged in while I was running Win7 Pro.
I ran the upgrade from Win7 Pro. I get error 0xc004f050.
I had win7 installed and activated. I then did an upgrade to Win10. It completed successfully but said it required activation,

I am in the same situation as Dave and I finished the installation without entering a key but Windows 10 say it needs to be activated and when I enter my Win7 Pro Licence # I get a 0xc004f050 error...
