I was having trouble with a usb drive and found a tutorial that suggested I go into safe mode to fix it. Due to there not being an F8 boot command screen any more I had to go into msconfig...
ok it works :) maybe he should move that post to the 10 tutorial section and include that it also works with Windows 10.
that only works through Windows 8.1 :p I can try and see what happens in 10 but i'm not sure..
actually I think I found what you're talking about.. go into the 'system' section instead of 'accounts' in the settings.. navigate as below..
