Ram DDR3/L 16GB is not supported on the Z170-p-D3 motherboard, and all the blue screens i guess is hardware related, so
it is DDR3 ram or,...

case is solved, RMA on motherboard, ram,cpu and psu.

i will install and register the windows 7 ultimat 64bit on the new computer , then download a new windows 10 pro iso file , maybe that will help?
