This happened to me as well. I just restarted the PC and took the laptop to a location with better broadband, it downloaded a lot faster and then installed itself after a couple of hours.

I have the same problem. Except I have another PC with which I have been able to change my Microsoft account password (twice now), yet when I have used these new passwords, neither of them work....
