...and discussed in detail. To be really sure, put a blank drive in place of your current one. Boot from the Macrium boot media and do the restore for real. Apart from the reassurance, it's a good to practice in case you ever need to repair your system.

You can mount the Macrium backup image as a virtual drive and peruse the contents. This doesn't prove the backup is complete and bootable but it should give you some confidence that the folder structure is complete and the backup is readable.
To add to Steve C's excellent advice, once you are in that Macrium Reflect created virtual drive -- pick a folder or two, pick a few files, and copy them into your C:\temp or C:\Hold directories, test the files for reading and editing ability.
