I have 1809 running well on a few old Eee PC's (10" ones), and HP Pavilion DM4.
That's nice. So it seems v1903 is a lot more old-hardware-friendly than v1809.
Well we'll find out.

There was an improvement in response and opening times after I put the sd card back in.
8 gig card dedicated to ReadyBoost.
On the older 'puters here you might give it a try.
