So all of a sudden all my apps + store stopped working.

Digging into the issue deeper I discovered Runtime broker had something to do with it. As all error messages mark it as a problem.

I already tried changing the security permissions so that the user/ administrator and all have rights to activate and start.
Sadly none of these resolve the issue. After more than 50 restarts trying something else I'm starting to get frustrated.

The windows install is hardly 6 months old (full reinstall to remove some issues) so I'm not very fond of reinstalling from scratch again.
