    Read on Nvidia Geforce forums that many others have the boot lag / black screen issue since updated to Windows 10 AU 1607 14393.xxx icm Nvidia drivers 373.06 <- 368.81 WHQL!

    Anyone here can confirm this behavior? TIA

    Hi,
    I also did not like 373.06, so I went back to 372.90 and seems to be OK.
    Try to disable NVIDIA Backend in Start-Up pane from Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del > Start-Up)

    Tried some more tweaks but none of them worked. I'm depending on an update by MS to iron out this issue.
