Hi, please make sure Windows services are set to default.
If unsure, use Tweaking.com's cautious free repair tool and only repair 27.

That's if you can use your PC!

Please post a screenshot of your task manager (or clear photo). Click the Disk tab to make sure processes using most disk are at the top.

Are you using Windows Defender or another AV? Are you using any cloud services like Dropbox?

Please try a clean boot, then repeat the screenshot of the task manager.

In order to get to a point where you can do this, you may want to disable all of your start up items so that you can begin trouble shooting

... could boot to safe mode by SHIFT click restart on the power button on the login screen e.g. and then prepare to do a clean boot. (Which disables startups)

Thanks guys for your replies. I tried clean boot but it didn't work , still 100% usage. I just find out that if i hit my laptop (lightly) , my disk usage starts to drop but after few sec it starts increasing again and goes to 100% & some times disk usage goes to normal. Is this a hard disk lose connection issue or some thing like that ?? because i tried hard disk smart test it was all clear .....
one more thing even if disk usage is normal when i open up some thing even explorer disk usage instantly goes to 100%.

As previously asked: Please post a screenshot of your task manager showing the processes using most resources at the top of the relevant column (Click on the column tab to organise).

Go into Settings-> Notification and Turn off this : Show me tips about Windows. Restart.
    Report back.

Hi, that's odd.. that's a very low rate of transfer. If there's nothing further down (off screen) showing higher use, this suggests a hardware issue, especially given your useful observation about tapping your laptop above. I'd suggest you have a look inside. Have you ever swapped the disk or taken it out before?

Noted you said SMART looked good.

I would suggest to try the following steps:
    - Do a System Image, for the case
    - If you have Intel Rapid Storage Drivers, uninstall it and try. Later you can install it again
    - In Elevated Command Prompt type : Powercfg /Hibernate off. Later with the Switch ON you can activate the Hibernation again
    - In Elevatede Prompt type : Powercfg /restoredefaultschemes
    - Unistall Nvidia Drivers and Intel HD Drivers.
    - Reboot
    - DO not install any Drivers, go to Windows Update a let Windows install Drivers for Nvidia and Intel HD.
The problem with high CPU usage is more noticeable after installing new Drivers/Software. After a while / some reboots it comes to normal usage.

EDIT: you can also rebuild the Performance Indexes. In a elevated command prompt type: WinSAT formal -restart clean
