Can I set Task Manager network performance graph to NOT auto-scale?

The Win8/8.1/10 Task Manager's Performance tab's scale will fluctuate by the amount of traffic, and whatever screwball algorithm is interpreting that traffic. But it does not scale for brief spikes in traffic and, frankly, annoys me. I'd much prefer it if the top end of the graph was at the link speed, and not some always-fluctuating value.

Does anyone know of a way to stop the Task Manager from auto-scaling the network performance graphs?

    Thanks

Hi, you probably won't like the idea, but you could consider a 3rd party program:

Example (I'm not saying this is the best) but:

Anvir Task Manager certainly lets you set the scales.

I'm sorry -- no, that is not what I am looking for. I am looking for a way to tweak the Win10 Task Manager to not auto-scale the Performance > Network graphs. I had hoped that there might be a registry tweak that could be applied, or such.

I am not looking to replace it, or use additional tools.

    Thank you
