One thing I noticed on your second Programs and Features screenshot is that you have NVIDIA Physx installed. As you have an AMD GPU there seems no point in having Physx installed. Physx could be patched to work on an AMD card a few years ago but not any longer, all it would possibly do is try and use the CPU to run.

Think it installed with one of the games, but not sure which one, I suppose I could remove it, and see if it affects any of the games

Removed Train Sim Game, never played it, World of Warships, PhysX looks to have uninstalled also in that process

Probably best to as the GPU can't use it anyway.

Also Reduced Secondlife 3rd party viewers video memory usage from entire 2gb of video memory to 1024 as recommended by FIrestorm viewer support, so hopefully that helps as well, in reducing slowdowns, and slow video play back with Edge at times, as when i'm using Secondlife viewer, i'm sometimes also watching videos in another window, or doing other tasks lol

Found out the reason for the slow frame rate in Firestorm, related to Latest Windows 10 Cumlative update and OpenGL issues

Severe performance issues in Firestorm viewer after installing KB3176938 (Windows Version 1607 Build 14393.105)
    Microsoft Community

So my issue solved, and now just waits for a fixed patch a nd system will be perfect again
