    System interrupts high cpu usage

Recently System interrupts have been using cpu up to 100% and I have tried a lot of what's on the web such as: checking for disk errors, get latest windows update, checking for system files corruption, updating drivers ( except for one device that's called Unknown Device that showed up after the 1809 windows update ) and BIOS, scanning for viruses, restoring power plan to default , disabling services that aren't Microsoft, and nothing helped So could any one please help me solve this problem.

Hi Meliodas. Welcome to the TenForums @Meliodas

Need to get that Unidentified device resolved.

Right click Start, click Device Manager, right click device you are having issue with, click “Properties”, click on “Details” tab, in “Property” box use the drop down to select “Hardware IDs”, copy and paste first line in “Value” box to Google. Google can usually tell you what device driver you are looking for.

Ideally you would get driver from your manufacturer's site.

You can also post the Hardware ID and someone might recognize. If you can't find driver on Manufacturer site change OS and see if driver available in Win 8 or Win 7.

Hi @Caledon Ken thanks for your answer, it turned out to be a leftover driver from a VPN program,
    here's some new information updates:
    1) the problem didn't occur in safe mode (with networking), but it did in clean-boot.
    2) my ME ( Intel Management Engine ) is in recovery state (but that's probably not the issue because it has
been like that since before the problem ), and it would be great if I could reset it.
    3) my battery's capacity is low, it lasts about an hour or so with wifi ON. and the hp assistant says it needs
    to be replaced.

Found this on Intel Management Engine.

Before doing you can check your BIOS level and version on Intel Management engine. I would only be using downloads from HP.

This article is for reference as the machine could be different. Updating BIOS comes with risk. You alone decide if you want to update. If you do read instructions and be ultra patient.

I too am having this problem lately after only 15 days run time. I used to go months without a glitch, but the last month I've had to reboot (or the system simply crashed) about every 2 weeks.
Not sure what's caused the change. System is relatively static. Seems like some recent Windows updates made it unstable since late August.
The first symptom is audio playback is chopped up and won't play anymore. On Thursday it was fine. Today it won't play any audio. Only 15 days uptime. NT Kernal is using high CPU today.
