    64bit Win 10 Pro ver 1607 Build 14393.105

I find that this is often the cause of a period of poor performance during the first 5-10mins after turning on from a full shutdown. Once the tasks have been completed everything is back to normal. The effect is less noticeable after a hybrid shutdown which you get if Fast Startup is turned on in the power options > choose what the power buttons do.

Solved Windows 10 6.6gb memory usable out of 16gb memory.
I've noticed my memory is sky rocketing up to the 90%s when gaming or idle. I checked my specs and have realized only 6.6gb is usable. I was wondering if anyone had a fix to this? Thanks. 76436
