This step might require diskpart, but try it in Disk Management.
Right click
Recovery ( D: )
15.05 GB NTFS
Select Delete
If Disk Managemnt complains - we'll pick it up after you return
Delete Volume????
Yes - Delete Volume ... sorry about using shorthand
Recovery ( D: )
15.05 GB NTFS
Good confirmation !
It's 13:00 my time, so it must be 10:00 your time
I don't want to hold you up for your appointment.
If the delete volume (see I learn ) did not work, no sweat.
This is a good place to break until you return
I'm going to sign off now, unless you have anything else, right quick, for me to do.

Ok
You used Macrium to back up the System Reserve partition from the System Image
That took almost 2 hours because it was a new process for you and we had to echo screen shots.
The next phase is to backup the Windows partition from the System Image.
I think that will go much faster because you have already gone through the steps once, but I'm not sure half an hour is enough.
There will still be screen shots to confirm
If you want to start
Navigate to G:\1_sysImage\WindowsImageBackup\machineName\Backup date-time
Mount the other VHD in the System Image (the larger one)
Make sure the mounted VHD has a drive letter - it makes things easier
Launch Macrium (not the Rescue CD)
Post a screen shot
