    Dism Problem

I am starting a new thread because someone hijacked my thread on this: Dism problem "The source files could not be found"'

I have done an SFC /scannow at least two dozen times now on my Windows 10 tablet, resulting in "Found corrupt files but was unable to fix them" message

Several posts on this site alone tell me to do a "dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth" all of which people said that fixed the problem, however it did not work for me, I get an error every time I try it.

Error" 0x00f081f "The source files could not be found. Use the "Source" option to specify the location of the files that are required to restore the feature."

I cannot get it to work at all, unlike basically everybody else on this forums (according to Google)

Any ideas? How can I fix this and ultimately fix my Windows?
I was told to download an ISO of Windows 10 from Microsoft in the thread, It fails every time in Firefox, and in Microsoft Edge, the ISO is only 345 bytes in size when it asks me if I want to save it and it not working "The ISO is invalid"

    Any other ideas?

In the other thread that was hijacked, one member were unable to download the iso using Chrome.
    I told him I use IE11.
He switched to IE11 and was able to download the iso file.
If you don't mind, switch to IE11 and use this tutorial to download the iso file

    Use Option One.

    P.S.
the replies I gave to rboppy in that thread could be applicable to you too. Wonder if you had read them.
