    Try ---Settings>Network & Internet
Choose ---Proxy and under ---Automatically detect settings select it OFF.
In ---Manually proxy setting turn OFF ---Use a proxy server.
See if that eliminates the error. If not, restore the original settings.

Maybe the actual Ten Forums site "owner" can help.

    Some info...

What are Autonomous System Numbers (ASN)?
An Autonomous System (AS) is a set of Internet routable IP prefixes belonging to a network or a collection of networks that are all managed, controlled and supervised by a single entity or organization. An AS utilizes a common routing policy controlled by the entity. The AS is assigned a globally unique 16 digit identification number一known as the autonomous system number or ASN一by the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA)...

.....Autonomous Systems were introduced to regulate networking organizations such as Internet Service Providers (ISP), educational institutions and government agencies.
    www.thousandeyes.com/learning/glossary/as-autonomous-system

The ASN 212238 identifies as: AS Name - DataCamp Limited, Country - United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
ASN Information for 212238 DataCamp Limited

Now why you, being in Canada, appear to be trying to connect to Ten Forums with a UK IP address is a mystery. Not using a VPN, are you?

TenForums is hosted by CloudFlare, and they're banning network traffic from another network provider (CDNEXT). Sometimes it's an automated punishment for bad behavior that needs to be resolved between the two providers. If you're a customer on CDNEXT (prolly thru another provider's VPN), then you're along for the ride.

There's nothing you can do on your end, but try switching to another VPN destination or VPN provider. Or simply turn off your VPN. Eventually the two providers should work it out.

I know zip about this stuff. I'll jerk around with it. Change the qth and/or uninstall.
I've experienced this on a few other sites.
    Thanks everyone for helping me.
