    FAST is relative.
To me, my menu/programs come up in good time. No undue delay.
Of course, I keep almost all personal files etc in an external hard drive to lighten the load of the internal hard drive. Bare minimum "startup list"......... the usual drill.
My startup list has only few programs that it says : Low effect on boot.
I think 32bit/x86 will work better on the specs I got on Windows 10
I got about 650GB free space. I dont think free space is the problem
How do I clean install for 32bit?
I had previously upgraded to windows 8.1 via a USB then I upgraded to Windows 10 from a USB too as when it got released we didnt get the free upgrade we have right now
To upgrade I had to manage the boot sequence so that the USB boots first instead of OS which was windows 8.1

You will need to download a fresh copy of Windows 10 iso file.
Use this Tech Bench link to download the ISO file
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/soft...load/techbench

Scroll down to Select Edition > click the pointer at the right and select Windows 10 ( first one on the list ) > click Confirm.
Click the pointer and select Language > make sure you pick the same language the computer is now running > click Confirm
    Select 32-bit.
At the bottom, click the pointer next to Save > click Save As > navigate to a folder of your choice > click the chosen folder > click Save
The iso will start downloading to your chosen folder.

Go to the folder where the iso is saved at > right click at it > click Burn disk image. That will get you to burn the iso to a DVD.
Once you have the DVD created, you can then perform Clean Install.

    Note : adding.................
Regarding burning iso file to a bootable media, I personally use Windows USB/DVD Download Tool for DVD and USB.
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down...-download-tool
While there are many other image burning programs available, I chose this one because of its simplicity and fool-proof. Anyone can use it.
I have been using it for over 2 years now.

RE : Will it ask for me product key?
Just click Skip or I don't have a product key option and continue.

RE : Will it be activated windows
It should get activated automatically because before this, you had Win 10 64-bit installed and activated. Therefore, you are digital entitled.
