Microsoft Kernel Power EROR

Hello, I have a Windows 10 pro desktop with 8GIGs of ram. I upgraded from Windows 7 ultimate. Everyday I get the following error upon boot up:

Can anyone give me suggestion on how to fix it?

I'm having the same problem. Computer runs continuously for maybe three days then at some point just crashes. Black screen, no restart. Have to do a hard power off and restart. Suspect that CPU or video card is overheating. Monitoring with HWMonitor but have not seen anything useful yet.
