I appreciate the reply. If you wouldn't mind, I'd like to see a screenshot of the drivers tab of LatencyMon to see exactly what usbport.sys is doing with your Firewall disabled, as "everything is fine" is a bit ambiguous. Thanks a lot.

I tried to recreate the problem today with activated Bitdefender Firewall but I couldn't. So I tried to figure out what I had changed since yesterday that could have solved the problem. I'm not sure if Bitdefender put out a patch that solved it. The only thing I personally did change was a HDD that I replaced with a new one. The old Samsung HD103UJ was full and acting up since February. I am using Windows 10 since it's release and everything was fine until February 2016. So I guess MS changed some things then 'cause I already had to replace another Samsung HD2040UI/CE that was starting to sound dangerously broken in the last months starting in February and despite intensively searches and fixing I couldn't get it to work properly again so I replaced it .

I can't say if Bitdefender was the only culprit in this case or if it was some combination of MS Updates, old HDDs and Bitdefender but atm everything is working fine. Just wanted to let you guys know.

That's good, but you are still showing significant latency.. perhaps related to a lan card (ndis.sys + tcpip.sys high).

    - interestingly says it will have difficulty....

I'd very much like to know what you did to get usbport.sys that low, if you can think of exactly what you did.

I agree with dalchina, though, that you still have significant latency problems.

Thanks for your respone. I never used LatencyMon before so maybe it was wrong to use it while having an active download Or doesn't this effect LatencyMon statistics?

I'd give it another whirl when idle and see if it's better..

Hmm, The top one is directx
    Dxgkrnl Interface (Windows Drivers)

You have Intel Rapid Storage Tech... installed, would you care to try uninstalling it?

My notes refer to one case where installing it helped, and another where uninstalling it helped.

Otherwise you might consider trying an older version of a driver.. if you can identify a suitable one to try.
