As I expected, the explorer.exe file is corrupted.
Also a dll for Windows video is also corrupted

Please try following command in admin command prompt
    Code:
    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
If there are problems with RestoreHealth, please follow step 6 or 7 (depending on the file you have from the download) from the tutorial DISM - Repair Windows 10 Image - Tutorial
When restorehealth is succesful, run the sfc/scannow command again, reboot and run sfc/scannow again. Let us know what the result is :)
    Code:
2016-03-05 09:58:15, Info CSI 000037ac [SR] Cannot repair member file [l:12]"explorer.exe" of Microsoft-Windows-explorer, version 10.0.10586.104, arch x86, nonSxS, pkt {l:8 b:31bf3856ad364e35} in the store, hash mismatch

Ran the DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth with no luck( Source file can not be downloaded) Error ox800fo906. This is my daughter's computer and I have the windows10 disk at my house 300 miles away. Looks like this will have to be fix when I visit her again. Is there any thing else I can do?

There are a few things you could try, but you likely have to be in Windows.
Windows 10 Recovery Tools - Bootable Rescue Disk - Windows 10 Forums, a .bat file which is written to do certain commands for you in an admin command prompt including DISM commands, if you can get this working use option 3 OR

To fix the problem with explorer, an .iso file needs to be downloaded to restore SFC so the corruption can be resolved.
I recommend using a program to make it easier: Windows 10 Recovery Tools - Bootable Rescue Disk - Windows 10 Forums
Simply put this program on a USB and run it through task manager, you can locate this file in the way you can use explorer
    for example: C:\Users\this.batch
Then use option 3 when the installation media is inserted and let the program run.

Thanks for the info axe0, I download the Image Health file. As soon as she gets the dvd I will have her try step 3,I got to say I learned a lot from you on this subject. Thank You for sharing your knowledge to help others. I can access the drive from another OS in the computer, so I will put it in a folder on Windows10 C drive.

One more question aex0, will this affect other programs or files on the drive?

The image health file only affects the system files, these files are in the %systemroot% directory.
What basically happens is that the corrupted files are being replaced, though this is really basic and there is a bit more needed to successfully replace corrupted files sometimes.

Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here. After a minute on log on it go to a black screen, stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen, lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?
Laptop or Desktop (Very important) Windows 10 build 14.586 has a very annoying BUG: That causes Black Screen after login:
To date there is no cure until Microsoft send Update to fix the problem: OK here goes: When you Login and the Screen Goes Black ==>
Go to your Function Keys for Screen Brightness Chose to Lighten the Screen (This will make the screen Bright) so that you can view it.
The BUG is that they reversed (via Software) what the Brightness button does -- So it is currently reversed -- "Lighten" makes it Dark -- "Darken" makes it Bright ==> Go figure Microsoft screw the pooch on this one. . . .

This is for LAPTOP -- I have never seen this on Desktops but they are fixed rather than adjustable
