Few weeks ago I noticed my laptop randomly freezes - I can't do anything when this happens and my only option is to shut it off using the button (which isn't a great idea obviously)

Problem.: computer occasionally locks after some time running, regardless if browser running, etc.
scannow found NO problems before System Refresh last week
note: am admin, computer indicates it cannot locate CBS.log, etc.
