Did the "not responding" happen when you're doing something? If yes, what is it? Did error box shows up or notifications or some sort like that?

It may be easiest to help you resolve this with more information:

    1) Fill out your user profile's system specs (please follow the tutorial here: System Specs - Fill in at Ten Forums , also the free version of speccy: https://www.piriform.com/speccy is popular at TenForums for helping you get this info).

    2) With MBAM and SAS real-time protection switched off, what security software do you now have running (eset or bit defender)? You could conceivably have no 3rd party software running and rely only on Windows 10 Defender - but that's a personal decision you'll have to make.

Once we're more specifically clued in on what you're running and what equipment you're running it on, we can help more.

I'm not sure just yet. You've provided a lot more information to work with. Too bad I can't make out anything on those 5 screenshots you posted. Just a couple of initial comments regarding your system specs:

    1) That AMD E-450 is possibly a bit long in the tooth - perhaps somebody here with specific expertise or resources that I don't have can comment on how well that processor does with Win10...

    2) Have you checked out how suitable the Presario P2-1119 is for Win10 according to HP? You can check that here: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/ads/windows10/upgrade.html

If you can post a legible screenshot of what both your Processes and Performance tabs in Task Manager look like when system is in a state where it gets bogged down, that may give some more clues to what's up.

If it produced some error codes or logs, it'll be much easier.
