Uknown Startup entry

Hello everyone and Merry Christmas!

I'm troubled with the following entry in the startup of my Windows 10 Pro x64:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce]
"Uninstall %LocalAppData%\\Microsoft\\OneDrive\\17.3.5892.0626\\amd64"="C:\\WINDOWS\\system32\\cmd.exe /q /c rmdir /s /q "%LocalAppData%\\Microsoft\\OneDrive\\17.3.5892.0626\\amd64""

Can someone tell me what it is and if I can remove it safely.

It should be noted that the "%LocalAppData%\Microsoft\OneDrive\17.3.5892.0626" folder does not exist.

That is a system file for OneDrive. I would leave it.

Leave what...? The folder does not exist!
My question is can I delete it from startup, since the folder does not exist. Apparently the folder was removed but the startup entry stayed.

Reboot, and it will clear some appdata and probably disappear. Do you use Onedrive?

I have rebooted twice, before posting the question, but nothing happened. The entry is still there.
As for OneDrive I don't use it, and I have disabled it from automatic startup when Windows start.

Okay, I did it first since I had that entry too and rebooted. Suffered no ill effect so I said that

I also deleted if from the Registry and rebooted. And haven't seen anything bad....yet.

You probably won't notice anything until that folder is created again. If you don't know what something is you should leave it alone.

cmd.exe /q /c rmdir
Is a dos command to delete a directory
/q means quiet /c means C: drive
in your case the path is
LocalAppData%\\Microsoft\\OneDrive\\17.3.5892.0626\\amd64
for whatever reason OneDrive does not want it there when the computer boots

somewhere down the road you may have some unsolvable problem because you didn't backup the reg key
