    Program to Cut Off Charging


    I got a new laptop. From most of the articles online, I am getting that the optimum range of charging for batteries these days is 30% to 80%. Does Windows 10 have a tool to implement "range" charging?

    There is no optimal charging range unless you plan to store the battery some place. In either case, the hardware controls when and how the battery is charge, Windows offers no control over that.

    Unless you got a really cheap no name brand laptop, you do not need to concern yourself with the maintenance of the battery. The hardware does that on its own.
