How to debug hang problem?
It may not be right to ask here. I know that BSOD will have ramdump for debugging, but what if computer hangs? neither mouse nor keyboard is working, in this case, how can i debug the problem?

Hi, How do you debug it? You can start by a process of elimination.
1. What happened before this symptom occurred? E.g. did you install sthg new? Have major update of some sort? Mess up a registry edit? .....
2. Can you boot to Safe Mode?
3. if so, you can explore the event viewer reports, and try
Get information about Windows software that stopped responding/freezing (hang)
4. If you can boot to safe mode, try a clean boot. If that works, you can enable more until you experience the same symptom.
5. You can also use shellexview (from Nirsoft) to disable shell extensions (beware, not Microsoft's) and try again
And the alternatives:
- System restore - if you turned that on and have relevant restore points.
- Restore from a disk image you created- if you were wise enough to use these (Aomei Backupper, Macrium Reflect) - free
- If the problem occurred after the November upgrade and you had a good working Win 10 before that, you could use the 'Revert to previous build' and your Windows should be as it was prior to that upgrade.
Good luck!
Then is there anyway i can catch the ramdump when the system hang?
You could try this Forcing a System Crash from the Keyboard - Windows 10 hardware dev
