    100% Disk Usage when running Guild Wars 2


    Hi guys!

    I'm not sure what type of issue this is so I've posted this in the Performance & Maintenance, Gaming and Hardware categories. Please notify me if this is discouraged behaviour.

    Anyway here's the thread:

    Yeah, double-posting is discouraged, kinda counter-productive.

    What is GW2? When using acronyms/abbreviations it's wise to add the full name they stand for, many of readers won't know what all of them mean otherwise.

I recently upgrading from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 and have been having nothing but issues since. As the title states I have extremely high ram usage when nothing is being run. 270112270113270114 I have pictures of my process monitor...
So on Saturday of last week my PC started to run slow. I open up task manager to check what was going on and I am greeted with it showing me that I have very high CPU usage, and constant capped-out disk usage. Over the course of the past few days...

I built a new pc a week ago and today it started lagging like crazy and i noticed insane ram usage at first it was 99% with nothing showing too big of a usage: here's the screenshot and then i restarted pc and i found a solution online that...
So my C drive (SSD) is acting weird. Task Manager says it's running at 100% but it's only writing 2-5MB/s. The 'writing', as in the pic below is mostly Cortana doing something in Appdata. Before this it was running wild, scanning files with Windows...
Windows 10 Installation. Running Slower, 100% Disk Usage??? I just installed W10. It seems to be running slower, its using almost 100% of my disk space, whats the issue??? Asus Laptop, 2.40 CPU. 8GB ram29566
