The number of errors shown in the screenshot is really very small. It is not unusual for a registry cleaner to report hundreds of registry errors, almost all being of little or no consequence.

A registry cleaner is a tool and like all such requires knowledge and experience to be used properly. In the hands of a skilled surgeon a scalpel is a life saving tool but in the hands of the unskilled it is dangerous.

Hm, thanks for the replies. I suppose it's not worth the risk since the benefits are so little.

I use it occasionally on the 4 PC 's here all licence upgaded to Windows 10 10586.3 (now) no problems the caveat is ......YMMV ☻

You can back up the registry in the reg clean tool in CCleaner to a folder on your hdd or other media *before you clean the reg.*
it will promt you to do that .

OTOH I have never noticed any performance increases or significant hdd storage recovery from cleaning the reg .☻
