I got exactly the same problem and here's how I fixed it. Everything was done from desktop.
1- Create a folder on desktop: mount
2- Copy install.wim to desktop. (used the ISO downloaded from techbench)

Open Admin Command prompt, copy/paste each line and run:
    1. Dism /mount-wim /wimFile:%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\install.wim /index:1 /MountDir:%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\mount
    2. Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
    3. Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\mount\windows /LimitAccess
    4. Dism /unmount-wim /Mountdir:%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\mount /discard
    5. re-run: sfc /scannow
Thanks for this, saved another hour pulling my hair out!

No, Our opencl.dll problem happened AFTER the last major update to build 1511, when we were on build 10240 their was no opencl.dll problem, sfc ran fine with no errors.
The reason your Windows 8.1 Pro has no errors, is because their is no problem with older windows versions This is only a Windows 10 problem AFTER build 10240. Right now if you had the latest Insider build, this problem with Opencl IS FIXED. Which means Microsoft has addressed this problem in the test versions being used by the Insiders now. How long it will take MS to release this update for this problem is anybody's guess? But at least MS has fixed this problem.
Just thought I'd crosslink here on this issue discussed ad infinitem in the past; sounds like some light at the end of the tunnel on opencl.dll: Microsoft Fixing opencl.dll issue in SFC /SCANNOW soon

This is great news. Had this problem since NOV 2015 update on two 10 Pro devices. Hope MS release the fix before 2020!

SFC some corrupt files can not be fixed - How to in safe mode?

Outstanding instructions!unfortunately, I can only boot into safe mode. Does anyone have a workaround?
Win 10 version 10.0.1904.508 insider edition

When I do let the machine come up normally I can log in, only to be greeted with a dark screen and a perpetual spinning blue circle. A CTRL-ALT-DEL brings up options but no access to the task manager. There are some tools available to me on the machine to install and uninstall software etc.c

DISM fails with an error 605 and SFC with a null reference mostly regarding hash mismatch.
After extracting the files I have started restoring individual files having to change permissions before overwriting them
    takeown /f C:\Path+File_Name
    icacls C:\Path+File_Name /Grant Administrators:F
Is there another way to do this? A better way to do this?
