Used this commands, N: being the mounted drive
    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /source:WIM:N:\Sources\Install.wim:1 /LimitAccess

    Then ran this command
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

    This is the rest
    Attachment 48217
I ran it without limit access and it returned 100% restore success, sfc /scannow reported no integrity issues found. happy here. The actual issue with me was a corrupt windows update app.

The full instructions for performing a successful DISM repair can be found here:DISM - Fixing Component Store Corruption in Windows 8 Where it refers to win 8.0 or win 8.1 read that as win 10. Get the necessary ISO with the included "install.wim" source file from this website: Tech Bench.
