From the screen shot of your disk management. You have 3 partitions: 100MB, C: Partition and 450MB Recovery partition. If I am not mistaken, you did upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7. During the upgrade, certain thing might get corrupted or broken and not working correctly unless you perform a fresh install.
On a fresh install with MBR partition scheme, you will have only 2 partitions: 500MB System Reserved and C: Drive. However, If you do a fresh install, you would have to re-install all the third party applications, re-configure Windows to the way you want etc....
One way to correct the problem without losing anything from C: Drive and end up with the partition scheme as if you do a fresh install. Just follow this link:
