I hate windows 10 please help

I made an account here just to post about my extreme hate and dislike for windows 10 and what it has done for my precious laptop. The story is like this my parents bought me this laptop an ACER Aspire E15 touch in February everything was fine , dandy. And smiles nothing at all wrong windows 8.1 running beautifully fast. September 1st after much expectation i finally got my upgrade to windows 10 and i was so excited...how stupid was i. I went from a beautifully fast laptop to the equivalent of an old dell desktop running windows 2000.
I started getting HOUR LONG startups literally an hour i timed it
100% disk usage ALL THE TIME
Snail speed slow actions i would press google chrome and it would take 10 mins to open. It was killing me yet i stupidly deleted my windows.old folder.
I have tried everything Microsoft support has exactly 8 cases with me they have tried and were out of luck, Acer support told me to buy stuff to fix it but ugh. I have done numerous fresh installs and an in place install, system restores.I got so fed up i didnt know what to do, on October 28th i finally found my old Windows 8 cd i bought for a precious laptop and installed it. Thinking i was finished with the 10 menace the problems transported back it went down from an hour to 20 minute startups , still experiencing 100% disk usage and now im hearing i have bad sectors which i dont see how since my laptop ran so beautifully before windows 10 and hdd regenerator doesnt help .now i have all these problems please help me ill take anything. intel i5 4gb ram

you can try downloading: CrystalDiskInfo6_3_2.zip unzip and run to see if your HD actually has bad sectors. Hardware was good yesterday, does not mean it's good today.

I understand that but the laptop isnt even a year old and it does have bad sectors but wouldnt that prove that it was caused by windows 10?

No. Like I said: sometimes brand new HD can also be defective. Did you try what I suggested above ?

With crystal disk. You should get a nice user interface. I don't undestand how you got what you posted above. The link is also in Chinese.
Should look like this and if the output has a warning then your disk is going bad:

Have you tried cleaning (completely deleting everything on it) your disk of all data, and reformatting before a new clean install. Use the DISKPART command line operators to accomplish this. Full instructions here: DiskPart Command-Line Options IMO you probably would run the (after identifying your disk) "clean [all]" command to get to a fresh disk ready for OS installation. Works for me. Diskpart is microsoft's own version of disk and partition management. Silversam don't dive into this without a little study on your part, so that you fully understand what will be happening during this process.

I will use this as a last resort and i will study up on it. But after all uve seen in my post are you certain that the HDD is the cause of my problems or since i brought up the bad sectors it was the best guess

I would guess that the two operating systems had a major compatibility issue, and that your hard drive properly prepared for a clean install of win 10, 8, or 7 will give you the results you are looking for. I have done dozens, gonna say close to a fifty or more(windows XP and Vista seemed like a regular routine about once a month before the service packs) clean installs with a successful install on every drive that is prepared right. I never install an operating system over an existing operating system for the exact reason of what you have experienced. I did one exception to this, win 10, which operated correctly for about 2 weeks then tanked. Solution, wipe the drive...data. Format, and do a custom install of win xxx follow the instructions. IF POSSIBLE SAVE WHAT YOU CAN BEFORE ANY CLEANING OR FORMATING.
