Does say that some drives may not support it. SMART status is o.k.. Did you try Seatools since you have a Seagate drive ? Like to see chkdsk. Still can be the HDD. Admit i am not good at reading all SMART data, from ones i know they seem fine.

Im wondering if its backing them all up to the cloud?

Well, it failed a Short DST test. Whatever that is. It passed the SMART check, though.

It seems like it's reading files in my music folder in C:\My Documents, even though I'm not playing the song, but Groove is open. I guess that it's trying to sync up my music with album covers or something.

True as other person said, why so many of WWAHost.exe processes for Users/MyDocuments can be reasons for high disk activity.
Article explains that this process is used for apps in Windows 8.1 http://www.groovypost.com/tips/wwaho...ning-or-virus/
Are you using any cloud service, One Drive ?

Check the process tab in task manager, go through list will show you what is open now, also look at startup tab see how many items are starting up too. Unless changed options in Groove to do this. Are you using a music service ?

Ok I'll repost it because it's important. Please include this in the FAQ
Almost all of my 110 GB SSD drive was full after the upgrate to w10. But the culprit was not Windows: Kapsersky alone took a whopping 87 Gb, then Skype 27 Gb (never use Skype on this machine and it wasn't even installed!), then a virus called Norton (a software which infects almost every computer in the world and pass for an antivirus) also 20 Gb, and other things.
So be carefull! Delete the huge folders in question in "C:\ProgramData". If you don't use the programs which have a folder in C:\ProgramData, you can delete it. But do not delete folders for program which you are still using, or if they are realy excessively large, ininstall the program, delete the folder (if still necessary), then reinstall the program. Good luck.

I'm bumping this because I'm still having issues. Does anybody know how these activities can cause 100% disk space?
