my late father in his 80s had his battles with back to an earlier versions of Windows and one of his standard phrase was: "Son, just keep it simple!"

I want to help you but I need some [technical] information from you first!
Throwing endless suggestions and "do this" and "do thats" are likely rather confusing and/or like tapping around in the dark.

So first things first:
What Lenovo laptop? Model year & number?

Next would be to know details about your configuration etc. et al.

Used the Disk Cleanup option on this W10 Lenovo IdeaPad, and can tell the difference.
