How to Auto-Rebuild Thumbnails, after Disk/System Cleanup?

    Win 10 Pro/64, v22H2 (latest).

Every month- A week before Win Update Tuesday, I do a complete Disk Cleanup (all fields checked).
I also do the System Cleanup Option, and delete ALL old files (all fields checked). Which includes 17mb of Thumbnails.
I then open the 2nd Folder..., and also delete old Restore Points.

This maintenance frees up several hundred MB of disk space, and makes my system Much Faster!

Q?- Now how do I auto-Rebuild All my Thumbnails, or should I even be deleting them?

my Thumbnails, or should I even be deleting them?
The thumbnail cache is there to speed up the system. Deleting it will have the opposite effect.
If you do delete it it will be recreated as you use your PC.

I never bother with any of that- just wipe redundant wer, dmp, tmp files occasionally.

No clean installs in over 6 years and no change in speed of response.

Are you perhaps running out of free space on C: ? How much do you have remaining before you do this?

    Thank you for sharing!-
I have lots of disk space, but my system is slow until Thumbnails Rebuild! I'll skip deleting them next month!
