Slow Laptop/Freshly Restored
I have a windows 10 home laptop that I replaced the hard drive and doubled the memory. I freshly installed Windows 10 and completely updated via windows update, however it's so slow to do anything. I just want to be able to use the laptop for basic needs but it's slower than a snail. Even just opening Google Chrome takes forever but once it's open it's fine.
This used to be a good laptop with switchable graphic cards (used to game a little) and I thought freshly installing the OS would make it run like new (like cleaning everything out and only installing basic things like google chrome)
Is there anything else I can do to speed up the laptop. I'm not sure what else I can possibly do to a freshly reinstalled OS.
Windows Version 20H2 (OS Build 19042. 1503)
