    2147942402/80070002 rc

FYI: MAKE SURE(!) that, in your Power Plan, choosing what the power
button does, under 'shutdown settings', do NOT(!!!) have 'turn on
fast startup' checked! Having this as the default caused MANY of my
WTS tasks to sporatically get this STUPID 2147942402/80070002 rc and
thus FAILED to run my tasks correctly!!!

The clues, for me, was that I could NOT(!!!) get the 'Windows
startup sound' to play, and, worse, Process Explorer's Start times
had entries from the previous day, which s/b IMPOSSIBLE if a TRUE
power off was done, which, in my case, obviously was NOT being
    done!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm really trying to bite my tongue on all the problems that Win10
is causing me (6 fixed, 8 pending so far as compared to Win7)...

    Good luck.
