Blue Screen of Death (BSoD) error cause by CAXHWBS3.sys driver, this is use for SoftK56 Modem Driver.

Either install newest version of this driver or uninstall it.

As suspected. The driver is normally disabled in Device Mgr, but somehow became enabled.

There is no driver update for this soft modem, which works okay. It is used for the occasional FAX.
