    Hi,

That software is indeed a malware. It was not installed intentionally. I was bundled (hidden) in some other software. I booted system in safe mode and used revo uninstaller to remove that.

Please list the software that was deleted.

Which AV software was in use during the past year?

Check to see if this is found: SAntivirusIC

Indicate any noticeable change in performance after running the malware scans that deleted the trojans.

    Upload a new V2.

    Make a new restore point.

Windows driver verifier can be started with the 3 customized test settings in the Ten Forums link.

Enable and Disable Driver Verifier in Windows 10
    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...3-c48669e4c983

After each BSOD > upload a new V2 directly into the thread.

Increase the number of simultaneous customized tests by 3 - 5 / hour up to the 19 simultaneous customized tests in the Microsoft link.

Plan to run the tool for 48 hours and then an additional 36 hours after the last BSOD.

There can be performance problems and slow boot while using the tool.
If necessary the customized settings can be modified.

I believe that was from stackdocklet.zip . I wanted to use the stacks feature for rocket dock. When installing stacks docklet on 15th april , the malware santivirusic also got installed.

The problem with the hanging dates back much earlier than 15th april.

As of 4/19, nobody has responded to your second thread.

Malware was removed by running ESET.

The unknown is what could have been compromised while the trojans were active.
For example: financial account passwords, etc.

Consider backing up important files then performing a clean install.
    This provides a clean foundation.
Microsoft defender + Malwarebytes can be used with free backup images.

The above method should fix performance problems such as hangs and freezes.

If any new applications or malware causes performance problems you can in typically less than one hour restore the free backup image.
