It had stopped running creating the report on my system for a few days, but suddenly it works again. Nothing system wise changed in that time(except Defender and a couple of default app updates).

    Hi,

OK, I said "local administrator" but maybe the term is system administrator or hidden administrator - you know, by admin cmd prompt "net user administrator /active:YES" and then sign out and sign into that one. It ran the 60 seconds and up popped the report.
Works for me. Thx for that.

    Cheers,

    Hi,
Run <perfmon /report> using: Run, Administration. Waiting 30 - 40 minutes. Nothing. Computer Management does not created data to report. That is all with System Health report in my computer.
    All the best.
    Regards

If, after 1 to 2 minutes no report is generated, it's not going to do it, you can go ahead and close the window, and either give up for the day, or try again.
