When you try to send large files/videos from your phone. The best way is to share these from OneDrive/DropBox APP installed on your phone. Just send the video to those apps and them share from there.

Upload it to a file service like for example imgur and then embed that link into your text message, this website won't except imgur embeds but the theory is the same here is a youtube example instead.



Otherwise I agree your context is hard to follow you may want to be a bit more descriptive.
