No. Xeons are server CPUs and usually slower. They are good for servers but not so much for Desktops. Stay away from the 'higher cost means it is better'. It doesn't. Look at the functions and what it was designed for and what you will be using it for. You can spend a lot more money for a Motherboard and a CPU. But, why spend money on something that will do stuff you will never use. You can buy an i7-6950X which costs around $1700 in the US. It is a very strong CPU, but you will most likely never use 50% of what it will do. The CPU I suggested will do anything you will ever want to do, and will do anything the 6950X will do. Will the 6950X help you in gaming? No. Is it faster? no, it's slower. Will it encode videos faster? Yes. The only reason to get the 6950X is if you were going to encode videos all day long every day, or use 3D Modeling software all day every day. If you are not going to do that, you are wasting your money.

yeah i see those Xtreme editions...
so...your right...'higher cost means it is better' is foolish here...
so i should stick with i7 series...well i do encoding but not all day...not even everyday...just some days a week...so i think i need a CPU that be good also for normal usage.
and buy a large amount of ram @ 2800 cuz more of it doesnt matter and wont make change.
and 2(two GPUs) gigabyte (the Manufacture) GPU (Hard to understand this section...a bit) (thats best of my options here, ithink its better than MSI or ASUS...im wrong?) and make them SLI thingy , that's enough for me.
and a X99 pheonix SLI motherboard, it has good options as i see.

well i want make 1 super awesome computer
but...your right...its like byuing a high priced Buggati Veyron or a VERY high priced Buggati Veyron painted by GOLD...no diffrence at all,they both Buggati Veyron (also the GOLD makes the second one SLOWER), so i choose as essenbe says...NONE...
i choose a Venom GT,
its faster
its cheaper,
and more reasonable.

I searched up the Internet about wich manufacturer to choose for GPU.
What I got:
EVGA > Best Support
MSI, ASUS > GOOD AS REGULAR
GIGABYTE > BEST COOLING SYSTEM
As I see The Gigabyte has one more working fan on their GPU and also its heatsink is direct touch to GPU and no EVGA here only the other three.
I think it's best option for OC is Gigabyte :
