You could use something like this Amazon.com: Rubber Screws-Deluxe Rubber Fan Push Pins for Open Chasis Fan, Black, 4pcs: Computers Accessories or Amazon.com: Cosmos ® 12 Pieces Black Rubber PC CPU/Case Fan Mounting Screws Rivets: Computers Accessories to mount fan on the case without seeing screws, also dampens any vibrations.
I need M3x35mm silver screws for the top fan - they will be visible and black screws will stand out like a sore thumb. I already bought those and replacement screws for the fan in front.
I'll post pics when I get them all in. The important stuff will arrive in two weeks, which some things won't arrive for a couple months
Semifinal update: The new fans came in.
The slim front fan give a lot more clearance for ventilation, but I'm not fully happy with putting the old fan below it. The old front fan is the ONLY fan with variable speed control, and is too noisy to be uncontrolled. All other fans do not respond to attempts to lower speed. The spot does hold a 120mm fan so I'll swap it with the old top fan when the y-splitter comes in.
The new top fan looks much better, and will look great once the unstripped silver screws and metal grate come in. I was a bit concerned about snipping the wires to feed it through the grill, but the effect is far better than having the wires jammed through a panel side or attempting to drill a larger hole for the plug.

The Cooling loop is a custom loop made by http://www.swiftech.com/
It looks like a "H140-X CPU Liquid Cooling Kit (AIO)" modded with an extra radiator (roof) and custom fluid (as it should have black pipes).
So it looks like you will have to maintain it as the fluid may or may not have (anti fungals etc).
Best read up on liquid cooling (plenty of good sites for that, just one: http://www.overclock.net/f/61/water-cooling)
