I'm getting about 25-30 seconds on mine.
    Not bad.

Kinda disappointed. Says 38 seconds, but that is with a 10 second delay on the bios screen.

Everyone starting from page one here has great starting times compared to mine. You have nothing to complain about.
I`m at work right now, so I can`t post a VBS screen shot of my Start time.
My PC takes 2 minutes and 20 seconds from start to desktop. Takes 2 minutes 3 seconds from start to BIOS prompt. It has taken that long even before W10 was installed, so it is not too much stuff running.

Start a thread of your own and some people here will help you troubleshoot that. It shouldn't be that way with your system specs.

When I'm not using Legacy boot, the system I just built comes up in about 30 seconds, Windows 10 is ready to go about 10 seconds after that. By Contrast my Windows 7 and 8 systems take about 5 minutes each, and then another 3 to 4 minutes before I can start working.

Using Legacy Boot (so that I can get instant access to Safe mode), it takes an additional 20 seconds, so it's all good either way. For some reason, I can never get into recovery mode from within Windows 10. Had the same issue with 8 as well.

Strictly Windows 10 only. Remember this is not a cold boot.

Restart Time - Windows 7 Help Forums

I was a little disappointed with my new build but here it is anyway (Build 10122):

I am not bothered about my restart time because my mobo has an overclock for the cpu, so I have to wait for the mobo to switch on for 10 - 15 seconds or so ! after bios checks it only takes 10 seconds but would that timer also count the log-in time too ???
