Ok, so I shouldn't apply new paste since its got some pre-applied. Sounds good.

But why don't you recommend the heat sink? I won't be gaming on it until I buy a graphics card for it later this year.

It's always better to have the best cooling you can afford outside of the stock fan reason why Intel gives them out because more or less average Joe type that doesn't do anything but web surf

Also the Temps will be way higher than it would be with decent aftermarket cooling you don't have to get the top dog cooling but something that will at least shave 20c off of what the stock cooler offers that can be any decent cooling from $15-50 bucks also i would recommend the higher price one's where the fan set ups and cooler heatsinks offer better all around cooling

    examples

DEEPCOOL GAMMAXX 400 CPU Cooler 4 Heatpipes 120mm PWM Fan with Blue LED-Newegg.com

CORSAIR Hydro Series H50 120mm Quiet Edition Liquid CPU Cooler - Intel Only-Newegg.com Liquid cooler for $59.99

The Evo has always been a good buy COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO RR-212E-20PK-R2 Continuous Direct Contact 120mm Sleeve CPU Cooler Compatible with latest Intel 2011/1366/1155 and AMD FM1/FM2/AM3+-Newegg.com

OK I'll probably buy an after market cooler when I buy a video card later in the year. Right now I'm focusing on building this PC.

Can you provide simple but in depth guides on how to build a PC?
