    my laptop, Acer 8930 g
    Got in in 2009 with a 2.2gig cpu, upgraded it to a 3.06gig extreme cpu, clocked it to just under 3.6gig.
    still running great to this day

    Everything in overclocking now-a-days, or almost everything, depends from the chip.

    My next, and final, challenge on this specific platform will be BCLK o/c .

    CPU-Z VALIDATOR

    AMD FX8350 on a Sabertooth 990FX Revision 1 board.
    600 Watt non-brand name PSU
    H100 CPU Cooling
    Passive Case Cooling

    Seems I was able to get a higher more stable OC with a BUS OC than with the multiplier.

    Any tips to bump this any higher?
