I found out that OCCT and Cinebench show most errors if anything is wrong. AMD Overdrive shows just about most accurate temp and Voltage readings. AOD shows Temperature margin, margin to max temp when CPU would start throttling as AMD doesn't have accurate temp readings no matter which program you use, specially on idle which can be ignored, only at full load it would resemble an accurate readings. Any margin 10c or higher means you're really good.
No need to run any tests for too long, as soon as temps and voltages stabilize and a bit longer, it means it's stable enough.
I have the Intel G3258 pentium aniversary edition processor rated @ 3.2ghz, running @ 4.5ghz on a MSI Z97 PC Mate mother board with 16gb Gskill Ripjaw ram and Samsung Evo 850 256gb drive.
I have had it as high as 4.9ghz and feel that there is much more headroom in this processor......but 4.5ghz is plenty good for what I do daily.
