    Is that good?
I was actually really disappointed. I thought for sure I could hit 5.0 Ghz stable.

    4.96GHz

    CPU-Z VALIDATOR

    Got to 4.96 GHz.

    LLC on Ultra.
1.52 VCore on load in Prime95
Temps right at 58-59C during Prime95.

Gonna back it off though because over 1.5 seems too high!

How fast is your RAM running at now, it goes up with FSB if you OC on it. Faster memory is, more you can hoist FSB. FX processors are wasting a lot of performance on RAM at less than 1866MHz because memory controller is on that frequency.

Ram running at 1332 MHz right now at 19X250
2508 HT Link and 2257 NB Frequency

Isn't the memory controller at whatever you set it to? In this case, NB Frequency, being 2257? Or am I misunderstanding something?

    CPU-Z VALIDATOR

This is the highest I can get it without burning up. I can bump to 5.2 with a higher multiplier, but it's over 1.5 VCore and processor hitting 62C+ at load there.

As it stands, I'm hitting 55C during P95.
    Unimpressed.
