First, you should edit your post and delete the service tag number. Dell considers this personal data. (On the Dell forum the service tag number is a forbidden item to post).

The all in ones are basically a laptop with a desktop screen, keyboard and mouse. Iffy if it can be upgraded, as Dell tends to use proprietary motherboards with limited compatibility with upgrading. It would be best to post this on the Dell forum where those more familiar with current Dell products can respond.

A check of your board got me an ebay page with image:

Dell Inspiron One 2330 All in One Socket LGA1155 Motherboard 0PWNMR V3S80 | eBay

If true, you have a replaceable CPU socket (LGA1155), so theoretically you could open it and upgrade. But as to if you can upgrade from what you have to what you want still needs to be addressed by Dell.

They will likely tell you you can't, but that said it's because they don't want you opening it yourself, so hit the boards for that model and see what others have to say, they may already have done it, or not.

Same for RAM ... Checking Crucials site:

Computer memory and SSD upgrades for Dell Inspiron Desktops Inspiron One 2330 from Crucial

You could go as high as 16Gb, depending ... have it scan your system to confirm, and give you options.

I have a similar problem. My 2330 AIO powers on and hangs on Dell logo screen for about 15 minutes then boots Windows. What could be the reason for this delay?
