    yes its on Auto.

    You have to populate slots A1 B1 C1 & D1; look at page 23 chapter 1.2.4 of the user manual, so you can also take advantage of the Quad Channel Memory Archtecture.

    Oh yes, thank you now its changed. :)
    But the "problem" still remains, nothing happens the first 25 sekunds after power ON.

    BIOS is updated and in device manager no yellow or red marks? and also nothing connected to the computer?

    Yes BIOS is updated to the latest and nothing else connected to the computer.
    No error marks, no warning messages.
    When I upen the pc case and watch what going on inside the computer, the fans starts as soon as the power button is pressed and the little display on the motherboard with q-codes light up and changes the numbers and dont stop/freeze while booting.

    Back to BIOS configuration:
    Go to Boot Menu and look if USB Support is set to " Partial Initialization"

    Just for trableshooting try to unpin all the front panel cables.

    Hi again good news :)
    There was alot of read stuff, I changed these settings and now the boot time is 9 seconds (25s before)
    But Im not sure if this is safe what I did.
    Here is screenshot from BIOS:
